Please note: The panorama window comes with a protective film that must be removed before the rucksack is used. It is best to peel it from the top edge down towards the bottom. Take care to remove any remaining pieces of film around the seams and the air holes. Make sure that the air holes are not obstructed while travelling to ensure that enough air is circulating for your pet.
